Hospitals



CareerStaff has therapy staffing positions available across all hospital settings including state, local and private. These positions are integrated as part of a healthcare team along with doctors, registered nurses, and other types of therapists. Our therapists have the opportunity to work with patients who, for example, have chronic conditions, are stroke survivors, are recovering from hip replacement surgery.

Correctional



CareerStaff’s correctional therapy positions include correctional treatment specialists working with law offenders to develop an effective rehabilitation plan. These positions have a variety of duties and responsibilities, i.e. counseling offenders, developing treatment plans, coordinating programs with other agencies, etc.

Schools



CareerStaff is committed to helping our school districts nationwide to provide therapeutic intervention for students with special needs. Our goal is to assure students can participate more independently in their education programs while developing the basic skills necessary to meet their IEP goals. Our philosophy when working with our school based clients is to help fulfill their vision of all students, families, staff, and community members working together to ensure that all children are learning, progressing, and meeting expectations!

Travel



Outpatient Clinic



CareerStaff’s outpatient therapy positions can include physical and mental health services, clinical and case work services, counseling, and treatment for mentally, emotionally, or physically challenged clients and their families. Your position could include developing a plan of care for each therapy patient, to provide therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders, share responsibilities for on-call emergency consultation and in-service trainings, and assure that the program meets all state, federal and regulatory agency guidelines.

Skilled Nursing



CareerStaff’s therapists work with older adults residing within senior living facilities, providing physical, occupational and speech therapies to help maximize their quality of life. Therapists provide the expertise essential for developing individualized care plans designed to promote health, independence, and maximum potential.

Home Health



CareerStaff’s home health therapy positions are responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional, mental, speech, mobility, endurance, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient’s well-being, and evaluates the patient’s progress in their home environment.



Starting as a therapist at a facility on a temporary staffing assignment is the perfect way to determine your ideal hours and the desired setting that works best with your schedule and lifestyle. If it is a perfect match for you and the client we place you at, we will work with our client to discuss permanent placement for you as a direct hire.
