CareerStaff Is a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company for the 5th Straight Year

We’re proud to announce that CareerStaff Unlimited has been ranked as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth consecutive year! Following our recent inclusion on the 2022 Fortune Best Workplaces in Texas List, this designation is an additional reinforcement of the CareerStaff mission to connect healthcare employers with the professionals they need to provide top-quality patient care, year in and year out.

After all, we know better than anyone else that providing great healthcare workforce solutions means maintaining those same high-quality standards in our own workplace. We also understand that the quality of healthcare professionals we provide our valued clients is only as good as the internal team of recruiters, managers, and others who make it all come together, each and every day. As such, this milestone is a welcome affirmation of our success in that mission. We’re proud of the culture we provide to our core team and seeing that work validated year after year with the overwhelmingly positive reviews upon which the Great Place to Work designation is based.

What Makes CareerStaff a Great Place to Work?

Those positive employee reviews are at the heart of the Great Place to Work certification process. According to the official Great Place to Work methodology, that includes determining that “every single employee, no matter who they are or what they do for their company,” is having “a consistently positive experience at work.”

In practical terms, this means conducting an extensive survey of employees to learn about their day-to-day experience with the company culture. As Fortune explains in an overview of the process, more than a million employees have been surveyed in total, from companies that represent more than 6.1 million employees across the United States.

“The survey enables employees to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions,” the Fortune editors explain.

The goal of those questions is to discover the level of the employee experience, “defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.”

Why Being a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company Matters

And the findings from all those surveys? CareerStaff offers a “very genuinely supportive environment,” as one employee review puts it at Fortune’s CareerStaff profile. “Not only are the teams willing to jump in and help where needed to help grow the company, I also love that there is a dedication to celebrate our recruiters and clinicians on a monthly basis.”

“86% of employees at CareerStaff Unlimited say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company,” as the official CareerStaff Great Place to Work profile confirms.

It gets even better. On top of that, the employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work found that:

  • 95% of workers said that they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company
  • 93% felt that they were able to take time off when necessary
  • 92% of workers said that people care about each other here
  • 91% said that they were trusted with responsibility
  • 90% of workers felt that they were treated as a full member of the team, regardless of their specific position

Taken as a whole, those are impressive numbers. And they’re not just an emphasis on our expertise as a workforce provider, but also a testimonial to our ability to provide the kind of culture that translates into success — for our clients, for the workers we place, for our own team, and for everyone else involved, too.
