How to Get Your CareerStaff Holiday Bonus
How does the 2022 CareerStaff holiday bonus program work? It’s simple!
Step 1: Work a CareerStaff assignment this autumn and/or winter.
Step 2: Sign up to work one, two, or three of the holidays listed below:
- Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 24)
- Christmas Eve (Saturday, December 24) or Christmas Day (Sunday, December 25)
- New Year’s Eve (Saturday, December 31) or New Year’s Day (Sunday, January 1)
Work a shift on one of these holidays as part of your CareerStaff assignment, and you’ll be eligible for a bonus. Work two holidays to earn another, bigger bonus. And when you work a third holiday shift, the bonuses get even bigger!
If you’re a travel allied health professional currently on a CareerStaff travel assignment, you can earn a maximum of $1,000, and travel nurses can bring home up to $1,200 when all three shifts are worked.* You can see the specific amount for your job or specialty and get more details about the CareerStaff holiday bonus program for travelers here.

* Restrictions apply. To qualify for the CareerStaff holiday bonus program, you must work and complete a scheduled shift for one of the holidays listed below. Payment will only be made after the shift is completed. To be eligible for the bonus, you must actually work the holiday with no (RTO) requested time off the week of the holiday. Holidays that qualify for the bonus are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day. Ask your recruiter for details regarding what shifts constitute a holiday. Holiday bonuses are only eligible for travel contract assignments. Per diem, non-travel contract assignments, and those employees already required to work a holiday, are exempt and not eligible for the holiday bonus program. CareerStaff Unlimited reserves the right to terminate the holiday bonus program at any time.
