CareerStaff Is a Great Place to Work® for the 5th Straight Year!

Last Updated on March 30, 2023

Big news: CareerStaff Unlimited has once again been named an official Great Place to Work®! That means we’ve now been a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company for the fifth straight year — and the way things are going, that trend seems set to continue long into the future.

How did we make the list? Great Place to Work®, the Global Authority on Workplace Culture, ranks companies based on in-depth employee surveys. For CareerStaff, that means the recruitment professionals, the account managers and marketers, and even the company leaders all gave the company high marks, across the board. “86% of employees at CareerStaff Unlimited say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company,” according to the official CareerStaff Great Place to Work profile.

On top of that, the surveys also found that:

  • 95% of CareerStaff employees said that they were made to feel welcome when joining the team
  • 93% felt that they were able to take time off when they needed to do so
  • 92% said that the people at CareerStaff care about each other
  • 91% felt they were given a lot of responsibility.
  • 90% said that they were treated like a full member of the team, regardless of their specific position

What Does Our Great Place to Work Status Mean for Nurses & Clinicians?

So, why is this Great Place to Work designation important for the thousands of healthcare professionals who work assignments with CareerStaff each and every day? For starters, it’s evidence that the recruiters aren’t just great at their jobs, but happy and fulfilled, too. And that’s a big reason why so many clinicians tell us that their recruiter is their favorite thing about CareerStaff.

“My favorite thing about working with CareerStaff is my recruiters — how they make me feel appreciated and always keep me updated,” said Joanna, a CNA and CareerStaff Clinician of the Month for May 2021.

The benefits of being an official Great Place to Work don’t end there. The healthcare professionals we work with can take comfort knowing that the CareerStaff recruitment team is motivated to do their best possible work, at all times. And that translates into great service for the nurses, therapists, pharmacists, techs, and the many other clinical workers we place every day

“My recruiter Rebecca is always so accommodating,” as Melanie, a registered nurse and June 2022 CareerStaff Clinician of the Month, told us. “She is also very fast and efficient. When I ask her something, she immediately responds back.”

Being a Great Place to Work means affirmation that the high level of support between recruiters and clinicians is also experienced by everyone else on the CareerStaff team. As one employee review put it in Fortune’s recent CareerStaff profile, that results in a “very genuinely supportive environment,” across the board.
