Great news: According to Great Place to Work®, the Global Authority on Workplace Culture, CareerStaff Unlimited is once again one of America’s best places to work. In fact, that officially makes us a Great Place to Work® for the fifth year in a row!
Why Being a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company Matters
There are many reasons why we’re proud to be considered a great workplace. And this recognition is due to a ton of positive employee reviews. In fact, the survey found that almost nine in every 10 employees loved their CareerStaff experience.
“86% of employees at CareerStaff Unlimited say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company,” according to the official CareerStaff Great Place to Work profile.
It gets even better. On top of that, the employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work found that:
- 95% of CareerStaff team members said that they were made to feel welcome when joining the company
- 93% said that they were able to take time off when necessary
- 92% of employees said that people care about each other here
- 91% felt they were given a lot of responsibility.
- 90% of employees felt that they were treated as a full member of the team, regardless of their specific position
Those are big numbers, and they’re reflected in the words of CareerStaff team members on a regular basis. For example, Jessica, a sourcing specialist, told us in 2020 that she knew from the moment she started working with CareerStaff that she’d “found a company that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understand what I am doing and is open to helping me in any way, shape, or form.”

What Makes CareerStaff a Great Place to Work?
So, where do those figures come from? Qualification to make the list “is 100% based on what employees say, especially how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace,” as the Great Place to Work website explains.
Specifically, the methodology is based on a data-based model that quantifies the employee experience. According to the official Great Place to Work methodology, employees are at the heart of that model, which works to discover whether they’re having “a consistently positive experience at work” — a mandate that includes “every single employee, no matter who they are or what they do for their company.”
In practical terms, this involves a huge survey of CareerStaff employees to gain insight into a variety of different aspects of the day-to-day culture they experience. As Fortune.com explains in its overview of the process, that includes more than a million employee survey responses in total, from companies that represent more than 6.1 million employees across the country.
The goal of those questions is to discover the level of the employee experience, “defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie,” the Fortune editors explain.
