Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™: How We Made the List
To develop the Best Workplaces in Health Care™ list, the Great Place To Work® organization analyzed the survey responses of over 208,000 employees from certified companies across the industry.
The list seeks to truly gauge what companies offer a “great employee experience,” with surveys that reach more than 1.3 million employees and data from companies representing more than 7.5 million employees this year.
Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Additionally, these companies provide organizational data like size, location, industry, demographics, roles, and levels after the company-wide survey. Lastly, the results and company-provided data points are combined and scored.
The organization will then choose companies, like CareerStaff, that “create the most consistently positive experience for all employees in this industry, with companies appearing on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work for ranking at the top of the list.”
