May 17, 2022 is Great Place to Work® Certification Nation Day 2022 — and as a Great Place to Work-Certified Company for four years and running, we’re inviting everyone in the CareerStaff network to join us in this year’s celebration!
Why Is CareerStaff a Great Place to Work?
Of course, every day is a day to celebrate culture at CareerStaff. As one of the nation’s leading healthcare recruitment companies, we understand the value of treating everyone with respect, fairness and compassion. And that attitude is appreciated and reciprocated by the folks who make it all happen, delivering the top-notch recruitment services that CareerStaff is famous for, each and every day.
For Jessica, a sourcing specialist, that spirit showed itself from her first day at work, when she discovered that she’d “found a company that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understand what I am doing and is open to helping me in any way, shape, or form,” as she told us back in 2020.

“I love working at CareerStaff because of its culture,” said Katie, a CareerStaff Talent Acquisition Manager. “The culture here provides a healthy environment to not only thrive in your role, but it also includes development through many programs. Knowing the amount of support that is available in your professional career was crucial to find in my forever company.”
“The thing I love most about working at CareerStaff is the longevity,” Rachel, a Training & Development Specialist, told us. “I have a clear path to new goals and opportunities in my future that I would’ve never even considered for myself, the consistent support of every single person I have met here, and the resources such as the Women’s Leadership Team, Mentorship Program, and Health Advocate.”

Why ‘Great Place to Work Certification Nation Day’ Matters
As we recall our most recent Great Place to Work honor on Great Place to Work Certification Nation Day, the enthusiasm shown by Rachel, Katie and Jessica is underlined by some pretty remarkable numbers. For example, back in the summer of 2021, we found out that:
- 91% of surveyed team members called CareerStaff a great place to work, up from 90% in 2002
- 95% of participants said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the team
- 94% said that they feel that the people at CareerStaff care about each other
- 92% said they felt able to take time off from work when necessary
From healthcare recruitment and management to marketing, finance, human relations, and more, the people who make up the CareerStaff team go far beyond clinical expertise to encompass every aspect of business. As a nationwide staffing company, we have offices from coast to coast, as well as professional and clinical workers of all types in communities across the United States.
We’re proud of everyone in our diverse workforce, and the award-winning culture they’ve helped us achieve. We also know that a winning culture is a never-ending battle. Especially in the time of Covid-19, when normal patterns of employment have changed everywhere, it’s safe to say that our culture of flexibility, respect and compassion is a bigger part of our success than ever before.
