We had the privilege to hear from a couple of our team members what it means to be unparalleled, collaborative, and supportive each day. Here’s what they had to say!

Core Value Winner: Kimberly Daniel-Hopkins

Sr. Manager – Human Resources

Q: How would you describe your role and responsibilities on your team?

As a Senior HR Manager, I offer the support, leadership, and guidance to ensure our company follows ethical and legal compliance standards based on state and client requirements. Working side-by-side with the compliance and credentialing teams, we efficiently and effectively process compliance or credentialing needs.

Q: What is your favorite memory at CareerStaff?

My all-time favorite memory is team building meetings, including the fun murder mystery activity that built communication within the team!

Q: What is the best part of working on your team and at CareerStaff?

I’d say the best part of working at CareerStaff as a whole is collaborating with teams like Compliance, Managed Services (MSP), Credentialing, and more, who all have amazing people to work with.

Q: What is the importance of being collaborative, unparalleled, and supportive?

It is important to be collaborative, unparalleled, and supportive as a team member because no one can do it alone. It takes all of us to provide the best service to our clients and the clinicians we support each day.

Core Value Winner: Ashontee Billingsley

Manager – Payroll

Q: How would you describe your role and responsibilities on your team?

As the Southeast and Northeast Payroll Manager, I work with the payroll coordinators to complete payroll for CareerStaff clinicians each week.

I also often collaborate with account managers, recruiters, and accounts receivable teams. Together, we check for billing issues, collect and analyze information, and ensure timely payment for clinicians. In addition, I focus on providing excellent leadership and support to my team.

Q: What is your favorite memory at CareerStaff?

My favorite memory at CareerStaff is when I first joined. I was able to get to know the business units around the southeast region. Plus, we often got on [Zoom] for games to get to know each other! I enjoy building relationships with everyone at CareerStaff, feeling like we are a family, and having people in my corner rooting for me.

Q: What is the best part of working on your team and at CareerStaff?

I love working with the payroll coordinators because they truly care about ensuring everything is accurate to get our clinicians paid. Additionally, my team helps me think of different processes to overcome challenges and ways to prevent issues in the future. I can always count on them to work hard, and we all work well as a team!

Q: What is the importance of being collaborative, unparalleled, and supportive?

Each core value is super key for us to meet the goals we set for each quarter. For instance, collaboration with teams across CareerStaff helps us figure out different processes we may have overlooked and work more efficiently.

Supporting my team goes a long way in how hard they work, and when combined with great collaboration, we can provide unparalleled results!
