Marketing Administrative Assistant

The Marketing Administrative Assistant is a highly organized individual with 2-5 years of business experience (administrative, marketing/communications), has a LOVE for Excel, and has great communication skills. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and act as a liaison between other departments and be responsible for vendor management and invoicing. If you’re a process-driven individual who loves to collaborate, we want to hear from you!

Digital Marketing Strategist

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll help build and execute campaign assets, provide contributions to campaign strategy development, and own program and project marketing tasks. This role requires two years of experience in a corporate environment. If you’re an analytical and creative individual who has a passion for marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate and support the team with marketing campaigns, social media posting, coordination of marketing collateral, analytics reporting, and more. This is an entry-level role that requires at least one year of experience. A strong candidate will have a desire to learn, collaborate effectively with others, and have strong communication skills. This role offers the chance to build experience that can help propel your career!

Website Manager

As the Website Manager, you’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining the company website. A strong candidate will need to be proficient in WordPress, have a strong understanding of website backend management, and have knowledge of technical SEO. This role offers the opportunity to gain resume-building experience at a fast-growing company and the chance to collaborate with developers.
