To arrive at its findings, the organization utilizes a proprietary, anonymous and comprehensive Trust Index® survey of a company’s employees.
Reflecting employee feedback on topics ranging from fairness and respect to quality of culture, the designation demonstrates that a “great workplace is one where you trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do, and enjoy the people with whom you work,” as Josh Bellus, Senior Vice President of CareerStaff has commented.
