As a CareerStaff professional, you can earn extra cash when you refer your friends and colleagues. Receive a bonus for referring travel or per diem staff.

It’s easy! Just complete our quick on-line form or contact our referral coordinator at (888) 786-5627. All current and former CareerStaff employees are welcome to participate in this program.

How It Works

Make a referral using our easy on-line form or ask your friends and colleagues to contact CareerStaff directly (remind them to give us your name). Once we receive the referral, we will send an information package that includes application materials and details about our company. After your referral completes the required assignments, you’ll receive your bonus!

Traveler Referrals

For each new traveler or per diem employee you refer, you'll receive a bonus. Note that a referred traveler must start an assignment within six months of the application date associated with that referral.

Refer More, Earn More!

When you refer a Traveling Therapist, you will receive a bonus after his or her first assignment. If you refer 3 to 6 therapists, you will earn a higher amount for each one who completes the assignment. If you refer 7 to 10 Traveling Therapists, the bonus rate goes up again for each one who completes a 13 week assignment.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements listed below must be met for you to qualify for the referral bonus.

  1. The name and contact information for both you and your referral must be included on the application.
  2. The referred candidate must be new to CareerStaff (that is, he or she is not a current employee and has not been in contact with us for at least two months before the referral).
  3. The referred candidate must complete a 13 week assignment with CareerStaff.
  4. If two new candidates apply at the same time and refer each other, only one bonus will be paid, split between the two candidates.
